I love pancakes so much, they are possibly one of my favourite foods. Maple syrup and Nutella are my toppings of choice, yummm! Personally I prefer the skinny variety, more like a crepe really…
I was so looking forward to Pancake Tuesday that I convinced myself it was last Tuesday. I had pancakes for breakfast and lunch before I realised I was a week early and then, well I had to use up the batter, so pancakes for dinner too.

What kind of pancake batter do you use, or do you make from scratch?

Hi Pashmina, I always make it from scratch.
Recipe:
8oz Cream Flour
4Eggs
14 fl oz Milk
6 fl oz Water
Pinch of Salt
Mix all together and let sit in fridge overnight.
Use real butter on pan when cooking.
