Farrell & Chase reserves the right to change prices on the website at any time without notice. However, any price increase will not affect orders already placed.
Farrell & Chase accepts secure payments through Pay Pal.
On placing your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. European residents should receive their order within a week. For the rest of the world, please allow two weeks.
Cards and other small items are shipped via Standard Post without insurance. Larger items are shipped via Standard Parcel Post without insurance. Insurance is available upon request.
Custom and bespoke stationery orders are shipped by Express Insured Post.
We can also ship via UPS, with tracking number. Please contact us for a quote.
Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Any damage must be notified within 24 hours.
Farrell & Chase is fully committed to providing the highest quality invitations, cards, prints and stationery, and we stand by the quality of our product. That said, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within our control, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will initiate the exchange process.
Letterpress printing is an artisan craft and slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. Please note that we use cotton papers and inks that vary slightly from batch to batch. No two pieces are entirely identical, and letterpress printing is not an exact science. Subtle variations in inking, color, impression and position are to be expected.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed. Orders will not be produced without receipt of a deposit. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. We accept cheques, bank drafts, cash and credit card payments via Paypal.
Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. Farrell & Chase will not be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the final proofs have been signed for. PDF proofs will be supplied for each stationery item ordered. These proofs must be signed off by email or by post prior to commencement of printing. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input errors (e.g. typos), and that in approving your final proof you accept responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
Please note that refunds are not available on custom orders.
Delivery charges within Ireland are an extra cost of €25 and are not included in the price of stationery. If you require delivery of your stationery you must inform us at the time of final payment and supply a valid address where the stationery must be signed for. If you are collecting your stationery please call or email ahead to arrange an appointment. Delivery to locations outside Ireland can be arranged, costs will apply, quotation on request.
